More Lyfe

Welcome to my Lyfe, page dedicated to what I do in my spare time, split into 4 sections: active, personal, academic, and professional activities.

Active

First & foremost, we kick this section off with soccer ⚽. I've been a player and a superfan for the past ~10 years. I played in Central Asia, all of high school and college, and casually to this day. I used to referee games in the Seattle area. Recently, I tried myself in futsal which became one of my go tos.

I am a huge fan of ping-pong, been working on perfecting my spins. If you are up for a quick match, lmk! 🏓

Recently, I got into snowboarding 🏂 and a bit of golf⛳:

Personal

I love music, and its variety. From hip-hop to R&B, classical and lo-fi, all have found their ways to my playlists.

Travel has not only been an interest, but also somewhat of a lifestyle ever since we decided to move to the US back in 2014. And currently, a big part of my family is scattered across the globe, and many speak different languages.

Academic

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from University of Washington. I also completed a 2-year STARS program, being a part of a diverse cohort of students where I got to learn the importance of grit and the growth mindset.

Mythology: I'm fascinated by the timelessness of Greek and Norse Mythologies. Pop culture sparked my Mythology interest. Courses and books made me realize how much more depth there is than meets the eye.

Philosophy and History: I'm hooked to Plato's mind games, the genious of Socrates, Vikings, Ancient Greece, and Ancient Rome. History isn't just books; it's my creative juice. ✨

Professional

Beyond the realm of software development, I'm captivated by what challenges my problem-solving and creativity. Game Development, Web3, and AI are amongst my creative playgrounds. Immersed in many game titles, game development is one of my go-to's for experimentation. Crafting intelligent AI in games has been a long-standing interest, alongside my deep fascination with AI ever since DeepMind's AlphaGo. In the realm of Web3, I have been fascinated by decentralized tech and the many avenues for innovation that it opens up.
